As I understand it, dynamic analysis, like mine, is post-Newtonian.
Newton's physics assumes that control operates within closed, entropic
systems. Dynamical analysis or democratization defines control as
social SYNERGY.
Quantum physicists arrived at the law of conservation of
matter/energy, which means that for every bit of entropy in the
universe there is--correspondingly--synergy: information or output
becoming more highly organized than the organizing energy of its
parts. Control in the dynamical sense is exogenous to Newtonian
