a control game

from Tracy Harms (Saturday night)

My son, age eight, has been having fun with a simple radio-controlled car.
He likes to have it come get me. I keep flipping it around so that it is
pointed opposite from the way he wants it to go. He is enormously pleased
by the fact that this effort at disruption on my part is (of course) to no
avail. The direction of the car is under his control. So long as he wants
it to stay near me, it does so no matter how it gets reoriented.

I've had fun too.
