A Favor

I'm working on an article about the "fit" between Knowledge Management (KM)
initiatives and performance (at the individual and the process level). As
you might guess, the individual performance level is an area where I'm
making use of the notion of the autonomous performer and focuses on Bill
Powers' "stuff." I've put a copy of it up on my web site in .pdf format
and anyone who wants to is welcome to take a look and tell me what they
think. I'm also interested in specific, constructive suggestions. You
