A PCT view on pregnancy, labour and giving birth

Anyone can point me to a PCT view on control, conflict and reorganization during the behavioral process of a woman giving birth to a baby? Thanks, Alex

RM: No, but I can give you my PCT view of the control, conflicts and reorganization that goes on in the behavioral process of a man waiting for his wife to give birth to his first child: no control, a little conflict (about the fact that making the thing was all fun for me and getting it out was all pain for my wife), complete reorganization – from care-free guy to responsible father.

Congratulations to you and your wife, Alex!! I hope all goes (or went) well! How appropriate for it to happen almost exactly on Father’s Day;-)

Best

Rick
