Arm Hierarchy

[From Rick Marken (01.01.29.1110)]

I seem to recall seeing, as part of some version of the "Little
Man" arm demo program, an animated, graphical display of the
hierarchy of control systems ( think there are about 5 or 6
systems, total) that produce the pointing behavior. In the
graphic I am recalling the values of the variables were shown
numerically. Is my memory wrong or is there such a diagram?
If so, where is it? (Yes, I know. Memory is the second thing
to go).

Best regards

Rick

That is in Little Man, Version 1. If you press "b", the live block diagram
comes up (another "b" leaves it). This model does not have the physical
dynamics or muscle model in it, so there are just eight control systems
(the eyes track together, in X and Y).

Best,
