The email address given in the materials I've been sending about the
csg conference is correct at the bottom of the introduction by Allie,
but incorrect later in the text (as csgconference@gmail.com). It should be
We have only 9 people signed up to attend the conference now. We need
20 to get the room discounts, though I will plead to get them anyway.
That means 20 who are actually attending and eating the meals -- the
discounts are based on the number of meals, not the number of
sleeping rooms. If you bring a non-attending guest, the sleeping room
rate will not change because of double occupancy, but the guest will
not count as an attendee toward satisfying the requirement for the
discounts unless the guest takes meals with the attendees.
The cost of all meals for a non-attendee is $114. If you've already
signed up with a non-attending guest, please consider adding the meal
fee to help assure the discounts.
Consider the increase of conference fee after April 30 rescinded. It
will remain at $300 per person attending until after May 31. Then it
will go to $350.
Please consider coming to the meeting and let us know quickly by
mailing the form back with payment. You make your own room
reservations as indicated in the attached material, mentioning the
CSG conference. Or you can stay somewhere else of your choosing.
