I have received a manuscript from Rick Marken on "The Hierarchical Behavior
of Perception" which I am considering for publication in the next CLOSED
LOOP (volume 3, number 4, due out ca. 10-15-93). Anyone interested in
making constructive comments on the ms. is welcome to contact either me or
Rick for a copy.
Also, I invite submission of other papers for future issues of CL. The best
way to get them to me is via e-mail, with figures separately via USPS.
Finally, any comments on instituting a review/commentary process for
CL are welcomed.
