Here’s an opening for an article about PCT for anyone who might be interested. I told the editor that I wouldn’t be up for this now and he accepted my offer to see of someone else would be interested.

Hi Gary

What does he actually want? Why did he ask you? Is it your book? What  
is an Opinion Article about adaptive behavior? How long? What's a  
mini-review? Would a book review work? If so, I think the idea of  
reviewing Bill's book is a good one. I probably couldn't do it. I have  
neither the time nor the ability;-)
