I am sending as a separate message the latest Intro to CSG and CSGnet as it

Welcome to the Control Systems Group Network (CSGnet)!
Please check our Website at http://www.ed.uiuc.edu/csg/ for information
about Perceptual Control Theory (PCT), the Control Systems Group (CSG) and
CSGnet.
If you are unable to access the Web let me know and I will send this
information as an e-mail attachment directly to your e-mail address.
