[From Bill Powers (2003.02.16.1010 MST)]

Attached is a zipped bitmap diagram showing the organization of Econ004a.
Bill Williams, let me know if it doesn't get through and I'll send it via
Smail.

User-settable parameters are shown in red. All quantities are accounted for
either as functions of other system variables or as user settable
constants. Uw and Uk (rate of use of goods by wage-earners and cap-income
recipients) are rate constants since in this version they are fixed.

The part of the diagram below the control systems is the "Test Bed" -- the
set of interactions that is independent of the strategies of the agents.
The agents are represented by the five control systems across the top.

I have changed the variable "G" in former versions, standing for rate of
Goods transfer, to C, meaning consumption, to be more in accord with
customary notation. Investment is not shown in this diagram.

Plant income Yp is equal to (Cw + Ck)\*P. Contrary to custom, consumption is
represented as number of goods per unit time rather than equivalent value
per unit time. Thus C must be multiplied by price to convert to dollar
value per unit time. Inventories in general must be multiplied by price to
convert to monetary value.

Best,

Bill P.
