Well folks, I think I will be moving to Florida. 🙂 It seems a jury down
there ruled in favor of the plaintiffs in a tobacco suit. Now, I am not an
advocate of using tobacco, but this borders on the insane. The jury found
the tobacco companies "willfully selling a product they knew causes cancer,
was addictive, and kept that from the public. They expect this suit to cost
Billions.

I am going to start a class action suit against the world ( at least a large
part of it 🙂 ) First Coke, and Pepsi. They willfully sold a product that
could help cause diabetes, and the caffeine would make you addicted to this
stuff. There are no warning labels on this stuff and it could be, and has
been \_very\_ dangerous. It's the reason I am a diabetic.

Second, I am going after all the processed food manufacturers. For clogging
my arteries and causing me to have a heart attack.

Who said S-\>R is "bad"? :-). Think of all the research money for PCT this
could generate. Wouldn't that be ironic :-).

Anyone know a good lawyer? 🙂

Marc
