Yesterday in my list of Turvey et. al. readings I said that the papers
had various merits, setting aside their misrepresentations of control theory
in general and PCT in particular. Last night I reread Fowler & Turvey
(1978), and realized that I had forgotten the full extent of how bad it
was--this paper is almost entirely devoid of merit.
