Hello PCTers,
I've actually been listening intermittently to posts, but I have not posted
in a long time because I've been working on my dissertation which I finished
today! So, now I am graduated! The title of the dissertation is "Developing
and Evaluating a Meditation and Self-Help Group Based on Perceptual Control
Theory." I'm attaching the abstract and table of contents (Word 6.0). For
those of you who want to read more, let me know. I tried to be consistent
with PCT and also take into account my ideas about techniques (which I think
are consistent with PCT). I was also controlling for getting done so I can
start my post doc soon and start making a little money. In any event, I of
course cannot guarantee that my work will agree with all of your references.
Well now I should have more time to make some posts.
