can imagine a circumstance in which negative feedback would be
dampened by a desire to wallow in inconsistency--that failure
of inconsistency would arouse the disturbances you tap?
You're going to have to expand on this question before I can
understand it, much less answer it. What do you mean by "a desire
to wallow in inconsistency?" How do you "dampen" negative
feedback? What is "tapping" a disturbance? Could you express what
you're asking in a more direct way?
