Thanks Bill. First, I don't deny the reality of control as PCT
defines it, and it does indeed explain a vast realm of
action/behavior, including standing up. No problem there.
No reorganization is not simply random. Yes it is within your model,
but in another realm of definition of control, it takes form. And
systematically, people can orient themselves to attain reorganization
which crystallizes across system levels, fractally, as my theory
