Here is the report of your Executive Board for the second quarter.
The definition of “quarter” is settling down by a kind of averaging process. Our last annual meeting was in August, our next will be in October, and our first report was at the end of November. We decided to align our organizational year to the calendar quarters, despite the variation in the time of the annual meeting, so this is nominally the report for January-March of 2018, though as noted it includes December and obviously this month of March is but half over. The reference values now stand at the end of June and the end of September for the remainder of this first year as IAPCT.
