We don’t hear enough from you on CSGNet, Bruce. But, you hit the nail on the head here. Christians will indeed go up to Level 13. They define it a bit differently though than PCT levels. They are waiting to go up to meet the Lord in the air to return with Him to our Father’s house and so be with Him for eternity. Of course, those not looking for him will simply be left to keep controlling their perceptions here on earth. And, the disturbances could become overwhelmingly great such that no amount of random reorganization will restore control. 
Never mind. I am still wondering about Level 12!
