# March Madness

It's once again the beginning of the month. I've received only one  
piece of news to report at the CSG site ([http://www.ed.uiuc.edu/csg/](http://www.ed.uiuc.edu/csg/))  
but it was a good one: Stefan Balke has a web site for his school  
program at [www.trainingsraum.de](http://www.trainingsraum.de). Unfortunately (for those of us who  
do not speak German) it's in German. But it looks real nice and if  
you have even a smattering of German I suggest that you take a look  
and, perhaps, tell the German challenged among us what Stefan's  
Trainingsraum is all about.

I would also like to be able to report some developments on the PCT  
research front (as always). If anyone has written up (or published  
any papers on) research based on PCT please let me know because  
I would sure like to announce it at the CSG site.
