Model I Behavior Action Science Pt 2

Purpose:

To begin to explore the relationship between Action Science and PCT.

The basis for Action Science is Model I behavior as I explained in my last post. The basis for Model I behavior is Values (norms ) + Action Strategies + Assumptions

Assumptions bind Action Strategies and Values together to form “purpose”. An HPCT interpretation from me: Values ( i.e higher level goals, from the principle or system levels perhaps? ) and Assumptions ( inferences from say, the program level, perhaps? ) provide the action strategies ( dealing with error signals in the hierarchy, perhaps? )

What am I missing here?
