PS, _Attention and Performance XIII_, 1990, contains a reasonable variety
of stuff on movement control. e.g. Sanes on deafferentation (deafferented
people are klutzes after all), & Abbs and Winstein for a combination of
interesting empirical results and incredibly dumb statements about the
limitations of the 'closed loop model'.
