Friends, ( or what’s ever left of them ) lol,
I have put together this list to keep you informed about the research I will be doing. It will involve 4 paths. I believe all 4 are entwined and connected. These are not listed in any order of priority. I will be doing things concurrently and in parallel.

The collaboration between researcher and practitioner in the field of Psychology and Organizational Consulting/Teaching. With Organization being defined by Chris Argyris as “Agency” and the collaboration as outlined by Argyris, Schon, Putnam, McArthur, and Smith.

Learning; as defined by Argyris and Co. & the phenomena predicted by the HPCT behavioral model of Bill Powers

Human Cognition; using the HPCT ( Hierarchical Perceptual Control Theory ) model as the foundation

Stress; utilizing HPCT and biofeedback equipment.
I will be utilizing several tools and methods in my research which I will be going into in my next post. HPCT being the foundation for all the work. If you have no desire to be on this list please contact me and I will remove you post haste. I will not take it personally. 
I will wait til the end of the weekend to see who wants out, and then send out another post early next week.
