Need help searching a couple references

[From Dick Robertson,990318.0837CST]

I'm looking for the reference for Garrett Hardin's Tragedy of the
Commons, which was a fearture article in SCIENCE in the early 80s I
think - for a book I'm working on. I tried SCIENCE'S web site looking
for their author archives, but either I don't know how to work it, or
they don't have one going back that far.

Also, who can give me the reference for the report Bill Williams made on
his study of the interlocking boards of directors of major U S corps,
that he reported on a couple time in the early days of CSG? Or is Bill
himself still reachable somewhere?

Thanks, Dick, R.
