I like Sean Mulligan’s [2/23] proposal of a PCTwiki, but I agree with [Martin Taylor 2017.03.11.10/30] that it would require attention from a plurality of us to optimize the continual growth and reorganization of content. Discussions of terminology, definitions, and the like would probably migrate from email to the talk pages associated with articles in PCTwiki, and email discussions would be more compact and less repetitious by including links to PCTwiki articles.
