Well, that didn't work, so I have written a paraphrase of everything that overlapped between the two parts, and posted the whole Part 2 again.
Very strange. It's still not getting through. I suggest a good old-fashioned binary search. Send the first half of the remainder.
That's exactly the initial plan, which failed. I've been overlapping one paragraph (two if short) between the chunks, and when both chunks of Part 2 failed, I was sure that the problem was in the overlapped section. But rewriting that section didn't succeed, so I'm going back to the binary decomposition plan, but changing binary to ternary or quaternary (can't get more modern than that).
If that doesn't get through, send half of that half. Etc. Check for unwanted characters in the CC and BCC fields, etc.
I haven't done that, but there are no visible characters in those fields, and I don't think any could have been introduced, since each posting has been done by copy-pasting the binary chunk into a new message.
