I received your packet of info on the E-Coli demo for your
Psych Lab. The screen shots of your present lab were very
helpful and from what I can tell we are very close to having
the same thing in HyperCard. I think you will be pleased
with how easy it will be to use and I'm sure you will not
have the same problems with the computers crashing.
To complete the Lab I will need some extra information and
you will need to find out some things. First, the Lab
materials mention the students are competing for points but
I could not find how the points are being determined. Can
you supply me with that information? Second, the materials
mentioned that data was being saved to disk so that students
could analize their performance. Do you have a list of the
data that needs to be saved and the format you want it in?
Also, since the Lab will use HyperCard, you need to find out
if it is available on your computers and what version of
HyperCard the computers are using.
Other than these details I think we are well on the way
to making an interesting Lab for your psych. students.
