Two questions,

Which papers are you referring to?
2. In the paper _Levels of Intention in Behavior_
you site Albus, Arbib, and Powers et al. to the effect that the nervous
system can be modeled as a hierarchy of control systems. If you were to
make a list of references with evidence that this is in fact the case,
which ones should definitely be on the list?
