# Revised comments on Marken Shaffer Power-law paper

Attached is a revised copy of the comment I propose to submit, following  
comments received both on CSGnet and privately. Again I ask CSGnet  
readers for comment on any aspect of the proposed submission.

Incidentally, since my first request for comments, one of the editors  
has asked why my note has not yet been submitted. It seems they must be  
anxious to publish it, so I would like to be assured that it is both  
correct and as understandable as I can make it..
