# Seeking help

I have a son with ADHD. He's 3 years old, and is quite the handful. My
wife and I are at our wits end trying to find a way to bring his behavior
under control. He is currently on Ritalin, but it has interrupted his sleep
so much it is actually making the matter worse. Anyone who can offer any
advice would be greatly appreciated.
