Hello, all -- just a note to day that I arrived home from China after having spent last night at my daughter Allie's house in Lafayette CO. All is well.
Best,
Bill Powers

[From Kenny Kitzke (2006.07.29.23:50 EDT)]
I too finally returned home safely on Friday afternoon, July 28. The 2006 CSG Conference will be a fond and lasting memory. It convinced me that the advocates of PCT will grow all around the world for many decades to come. The enthusiasm of the Chinese students for knowledge of people and their behavior, combined with their friendliness and helpfulness toward us visitors, was an awesome surprise and pleasure.
So impressed were we with them, that at the Business Meeting we passed a motion to provide a gift of $7,500 to go toward the expenses of a number of students who would like to attend our 2007 Conference and present a paper. We agreed to pursue Minneapolis, MN as our site for 2007.
I went on from Guangzhou to Beijing, Seoul and Taipei on business. It was a hectic week compared to the Conference atmosphere at the South China Normal University. It streched my endurance to the limit. It felt very good to be back in my own bed after two weeks. I will have no difficultly in overcoming any suggestion to “let’s eat Chinese” for the next several weeks.
Hat’s off to all the CSG Presenters who not only amazed our hosts with their topics but made my Conference role as President so easy and pleasant to perform.
Best wishes,
Kenny
