The Target Model

[From Fred Nickols (2011.05.11.0820 MST)]

I’ve been working with a new client helping him articulate a number of “messaging points” regarding his company’s products and services. In the course of this work, he introduced me to a messaging framework he calls a “backbone.” It prompted me to put together a “backbone” for my Target Model. It’s a one-pager. As some of you know, The Target Model is based on PCT so I’d appreciate comments from anyone who cares to take a look at the backbone for The Target Model.

Fred,

Your backbone idea seems like a good one. Please see the attached, though, for one minor editorial suggestion.

I like your Target Model so much that I have incorporated it into a draft of a book that I am writing on human behavior. Your permissions for usage will be sought after the book is polished up in a year or two.
