I’ve been working with a new client helping him articulate a number of “messaging points� regarding his company’s products and services. In the course of this work, he introduced me to a messaging framework he calls a “backbone.� It prompted me to put together a “backbone� for my Target Model. It’s a one-pager. As some of you know, The Target Model is based on PCT so I’d appreciate comments from anyone who cares to take a look at the backbone for The Target Model.
