CSGnet, below is a draft of a grant I am submitting to NSF. It is a
little rough in spots and the cites have not been completed, but if anyone
is interested, I would appreciate their feedback. . . . .
. . .
Bottom line, if you do not have anything constructive to say ...

Jeff, may we assume, then, that you are looking for some _negative_
feedback? (;->

Regards,

Bruce

P.S. Thanks for the manuscript, which just arrived yesterday by snail-mail!

I was afraid I might not have been clear. Constructive feedback builds on
the ideas presented. Rejecting the whole idea because it is not
completely PCT is not useful to me. But, I am attempting to apply the
TEST and to develop models both within the simulation and of the
participant "managers." I thought/think some might find it interesting
and might want and be able to help. If one finds too much "old school" for
his/her taste, I understand and suggest she/he skip it.

THanks, Jeff
