I'm not familiar with the Wikis, and am conserving my attention right now for the book. But it seems like a good idea.

It wouldn't take you more than five minutes to check out the big Wikipedia, which aims eventually to be the repository of all "established" knowledge (their mission statement disallows ongoing research or unsupported opinion). At present there are nearly half a million articles on it. It's at Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. A quick look would tell you much more that I could describe.

The only problem with that 5 minute estimate is that in the first 5 minutes you are likely to find something that you've been needing for the book, and will be seduced into taking the time to learn all sorts of other things that might have nothing to do with the book at all!

I managed to avoid getting trapped this time, but I did find out that "PCT" leads to about six topics, none of which are PCT. I see that some work needs to be done.

Best,
