Bill C. recently compared himself to Don Quixote, the gentleman from La
Mancha who, according to Cervantes, read so many books on chivalry that one
day his mind broke. Thus began Don Q's adventures with the windmills.
Chalk this post up to the hour -- late on Friday afternoon -- and to my
