RE: Bill Powers Memorial and Directional Meeting
Dear Friends and Family,
Please join us in an informal gathering of PCT followers for a discussion about how to proceed in the wake of Bill’s passing.
We also would very much welcome having anyone who would wish to attend a memorial service for Bill.
Since we will be at the Boulder Outlook Hotel, we are able to make some arrangements for a light soup and salad lunch to be served after meeting the morning of the 8th (prior to the memorial).
Otherwise, there is a restaurant in the hotel where everyone may get their meals as they wish, or we may arrange among us to go out to eat at any of the local restaurants nearby.
I do need to know as soon as possible how many people will be attending. You can simply write a letter letting us know, or copy and paste the attached form which has dates and reservation information.
