Dear CSG Listmates:
I just wanted to make some comments.
I noticed that in B:CP, there is no separate levels of events, relationships, categories.
Bill does mention that events are “short sequences.”
Does anyone remember or know when and why Bill introduced these other
levels?
Also, from graduate school days, I remember reading about psychologist Michael Posner.
He used matching techniques to show that physical matches and name matches took different
times. This can be understood in terms of the hierarchy. I am attaching a pdf file which summarizes
his work.
