Well there was not much apparent interest in Ch. 4 but, as you'll see
from the attached summary, I consider it one of the most important
chapters in the book. Perhaps the lack of response to this chapter was
the result of people not finding the study questions interesting. So
I want to say that we welcome _any_ comments (and/ or suggestions for
relevant media or articles) on each chapter (or set of chapters) we
review.
The study questions for Ch. 5 will be coming shortly. Hope to hear
from you during the next week.
Will you be providing answers to the other study questions, and the leading questions?
Regards,
Rupert

RM: Only by popular demand;-) It took me quite a while to write up the
summary. I saw that David did answer the study questions and I agreed
with his answers. But I will try to answer the study and leading
questions from now on.
