Just a note to say that United Airlines did it to us again. We ended up
"sleeping" on the floor of Gate B59 at Denver, since the flight from Boston
was delayed enough for us to miss all connections to Durango. The line at
Customer Services was 2 hours long, and then all hotel chits had been given
out, and the 800 number was incurably busy. Finally got home at 9:00 AM
The meeting, on the other hand, was excellent, and worth all the trouble.
