Hello, all --
I could use some help. I want to send review copies (Kinko's spiral bound) of the new book to potential reviewers, and also people whose blurbs for the book might mean something to potential readers. If you know of appropriate people, would you ask them if they would mind receiving a copy of the book (for review or for commentary, as appropriate)? I'm printing up 10 copies for now. Of course you can nominate yourself if you think you could publish a review in some journal.
