Frank Sulloway's new book, _Born to Rebel: Birth Order, Family
Dynamics, and Creative Lives_ is filled with information on scientific
"revolutions" and well worth reading. What, if anything, it has to do
with the reception of PCT I leave as an exercise for the reader.
