the May 2016 edition. If you check it out, I think you will see more
major changes:
Revised and refined front end; new cover; new cover illustration.
I expect continued near dead silence from the CSGnet community since
people speak up only if they develop error signals.
I will now proceed with the preparation of a paperback version. It will
take the better part of a month before it can appear at Amazon and
others.

I appreciate your continued work, Dag. I’m starting my own project, to read a variety of this group’s publications between now and the 2017 conference. Please keep us posted as to when it will be available on Amazon.
