Dear Mr. Nevin,

The cases, or role simulations that are published by the Program on
Negotiation are just that - simulations. Many of the books should discuss
actual negotiations however. The books cover various areas including
Environmental, Political and Medical negotiations, and there are books that
cover the general theories and practices of Negotiation. If I can provide
