I composed my broadcast letter first for people I have corresponded with about PCT in one way or another, going back two years. Therefore my request to direct any notes with comments on this ebook (once you have taken the time to review it) to comment@livingcontrolsystems.com.
For CSGnet, it seems more appropriate to post comments to CSGnet, rather than directly to me. Posting to CSGnet with a cc: to comment@livingcontrolsystems.com would work fine too.
Also, please note that three books published by myself (Living Control Systems Publishing) shown on page iv and sampled in this book, as well as hardcopy of this Book of Readings will not appear on the web for a few weeks yet. First I have to upload to my printer, approve the proof, and then it takes time to propagate.
I am happy to see that many of you have already downloaded the book.
