Conflict and Degrees of Freedom

My emial seems to working erratically, { nothing particularly new} I remember posting this early this moring.

Kenny,

Immagine a poor elderly person who has to make a choice between paying for the pills required to maintain life, or putting food on the table. If the
pension isn't enough to pay for both goals then they have a conflict.

The pills, the required calories of food, and the level of expenditure are the subject of attempts to control by three systems. If the pension was
large enough this person wouldn't have to face a choice ( a conflicted choice ) between pills and food.

Now that the theoretical problem has been solved and an adquate defintion obtained we can explain this symple relationship to our congressmen
and women and the genuine problem facing old people in this circumstance cab be corrected. ( That is controlled by reference to somesort of
humane reference level. )
