correction: is & ought

[from Tracy Harms (990226.0915)]

Having hastily composed my message of the last hour, it occurred to me
after transmitting it that I reversed the standard phrase. I should
have written:

You cannot derive an 'ought' from an 'is'.

Which, again, is to say that moral and ethical claims cannot be
logically produced from purely descriptive claims, no matter how
accurate the descriptions.

I apologize for missing this in my proofreading of the original.

have written:

The other version is, of course, equally true, and seemed to me to be
more appropriate to the tenor of the discussion.
