Hello Everyone!
I am reaching out to you to let you know that so far we have 7 people who have committed to coming. The stage is set - we now only need the players! Are you going to be part of the cast of this first gathering of PCT enthusiasts since 2011?
It is important that Barbara and I know if you intend on registering as soon as possible. We are counting on an early response for a number of reasons. The more ideas that come in for the schedule of events, the sooner we can hammer out an agenda. The sooner we get this done the better so we may present it to others new to PCT and hopefully pique their interest enough to get them to join us. The other important reason is that were hoping to have heard by at least 15 participants by now so that we can safely commit to our hotel contract.
So what do you say? Shall we get this thing rolling?
Thank you!
Allie Powers
P.S. I haven’t seen the ideas sent in by our current registrants but here is a quick list off the top of my head for some conference topics. Please let us know if you have an interest in leading one of the discussions or workshops. The following can be modified, added to, deleted… I’m just putting it out there to get things started.
Application of PCT in Elementary and High School Settings
How PCT Will Revolutionize Robotics
Social Implications of a PCT Conscious World
Method of Levels Workshops
PCT for Beginners
Modeling Demonstrations and Book and Article Exhibit
PCT and Religion
PCT and Power Law (oh no you didn’t!)
Minding your P’s and Qi’s: A Live Continuation of the
Discussion
Critique and Review of Current Publications on PCT (by author’s
permission)
How to be Nice When you Really Don’t Want To: Controlling
for Furthering the Effort

Here is the registration form…
Also - some of you are receiving this both on CSGnet and on your personal email since there is a list of 30 blind copy emails that this went out to as well. I just wanted to be sure to reach everyone.
Shelly - I know you requested a flyer. I will get to work on that this week. I also will create a blurb for everyone associated with an educational institution to use for posting on their website calendar of events.
We very much would like to see students attend! CSG is offering assistance for students who would like to come but otherwise could not afford it. Please write back to me with any questions.
Thank you!

Dear Alison
Would love to come, although the trek from the UK is considerable, but unfortunately the dates conflict. All the best for the conference…

Thanks, Angus. Perhaps once we have the conference up and running again we’ll have better lead time and you’ll be able to make it.Â
