Tim Carey and his new colleague Warren Mansell are planning the fourth European CSG meeting to take place in the week from Oct. 19th, 2007 to Nov 2, 2007. The venue will probably be Manchester, England, Warren's home territory, and Warren may be the person doing the bulk of the organizing. This letter is for the purpose of finding out how many people would plan to attend from the United States or elsewhere (you'll notice two Chinese names names on the distribution list).
Tentative plans are to divide the meeting into two parts, one part (2 days) being a workshop on the Method of Levels or MOL, and the other (3 days) being a regular meeting with presentations of papers as at a normal CSG meeting. Suggestions for alternative formats (perhaps four days combining both themes) are welcome.
