Here is a link to an extraordinary resource for building physical models. The store is here in Boulder, C0, but there are connections to other places.
You can get printed circuit boards made at very low cost. Sparkfun will even have your product assembled, and then sell it for you. This may get us our servo demo. I don't have time quite yet but someone else may want to get started.
