I don't know what this means.
1. An environmental feedback function is a term in a mathematical
characterization of the environment, in a model of a control system.
2. A perceived part of the environment is a perception by an observer or a
(inferred) perception by an observed control system.
3. The part of the environment that is perceived is an assumed reality.
How can 2 or 3 be part of 1? They are incommensurate.
They could be commensurate if 2 (second sense) is a perceptual signal, a
value in the same model as the environmental feedback function. How can a
perceptual signal p form a part of the environmental feedback function?

what _is_ the PCT-approved term to describe all the different
environmental feedback functions of which a particular perceived part of
the environment can form part?
