Our paper this morning showed a picture of the A2 just south of Den Bosch,
looking West before the turning toward Eindhoven. At that point, I remember
the highway as being somewhat raised over the general level of the land,
but there was somebody windsurfing over the highway under the A2-A6x (Tilburg)
signs.That suggest to me that Eindhoven may also be flooded. Are you? or if so,
you may not get this letter until much later...how badly were you?
I had Don on the phone a week ago and asked the same question as yours as I
have been quite disturbed by the same picture I saw at the TV. But he said
that it was at least 20 km away from Eindhoven. Anyway even if it is still
raining a lot, it seems that water is decreasing now at last....
