Dear Lloyd,
Thank you so much for your kind words. Together with a management consultant I have written a book (alas in Dutch) on people going through a crisis in their career, what happened to them before, what the crisis was like, and how they came out of it (usually better). It consisted of in-depth interviews where we toke great care not to use leading questions. Of course we had reorganization in mind and afterwards we were searching in the data for patterns indicating reorganization. Unfortunately the book is in dutch.
